Lidia is a world traveler who arrived in portugal after training and working in NYC.
A yogini for over 20 years,
Lidia is a certified therapeutic yoga instructor from Jillian Pransky, NY, and Pre- Natal, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini and Ashtanga yoga instructor from Adi Yog Ashram and Hare Rama Institute, Rishikesh, India.
Lidia opened her own concept Yoga and Dance studio in Setubal YoDa.
